We believe that we are one of the very few organized computer components manufacturer in India and are well positioned to provide considerable benefits to our customer in terms of customized product, pricing and after sales service vis-à-vis our competitors, primarily based in China and Taiwan. This competitive advantage, in our opinion, will enable us to capitalize the huge growth opportunity in the area of computer components and to achieve a sustainable growth.

We have started our business in February 2002 as a company engaged in trading and after sales service of various IT hardware products by setting up our first unit at Salt Lake, Kolkata. We launched branded desktop PCs in January, 2003. Subsequently, we shifted our manufacturing facility to Kodalia, Hooghly district, West Bengal in Fiscal 2004. In Fiscal 2005, we started manufacturing assembled desktop computers for other manufacturers along with our own branded desktop PCs. In Fiscal 2006, we set up our computer components manufacturing unit at Sugandha, Hooghly, West Bengal and started manufacturing computer components along with manufacturing of assembled and branded desktop PCs. In Sugandha unit, we currently manufacture various computer components like cabinet, SMPS, keyboard, mouse and speaker in addition to assembly of desktop and laptop computers. Going forward, we intend to enhance the manufacturing capacity of the aforesaid components in order capitalize the growing demand for computer and computer components in India.

In addition to manufacturing of several computer components as mentioned in the foregoing, we are also engaged in import of certain computer components like Monitor (TFT), Hard Disk Drive (HDD), RAM and Motherboard which we subsequently in domestic market. We currently do not own any facility to manufacture the aforesaid computer components. We believe that the aforesaid products have huge market potential in India and therefore intend to set up a facility for manufacturing of Monitor (TFT), RAM and Motherboard.
